Joelle Miller

Pilates Personal Training/Reformer


Joelle Miller is a certified instructor of The Method Pilates through The Physical Mind Institute. Her fitness knowledge spans the last 15 years with certifications and trainings in Fit Ball, Strength Training, Spinning, Pilates for Golf, and BOSU. She currently holds a group exercise certification with AFAA. With a passion for Athletic Training, Joelle believes that it is important to incorporate Pilates/Core Strength training into everyday Athletic workouts. No matter the sport or your fitness level, there is room to increase balance, flexibility and endurance. Joelle believes in training her clients with Pilates as a base for all other activity. Her passion for Athletics carries over to her Personal Training and Golf Conditioning Training Programs. No matter the level, you can become stronger and increase endurance.

Experience:
  • Pacific Fitness Alliance, Honolulu, Hawaii
  • Joelle ran the Northwest area with PFA and was in charge of developing continuing educations workshops as well as conducting these workshops in the Pilates field throughout the United States.
  • On Air Fitness Trainer – Channel 2 KATU AMNW Morning Show (Portland, OR). Joelle served as the Pilates Fitness Trainer for AMNW in Portland, OR providing a monthly segment on Core Strength Training and various fitness segments.
Before relocating to the Seattle area last October, Joelle owned and operated her own Pilates Studio for 3 years. Power Zone Pilates. She has continued that business in Seattle by providing personal Pilates training and Group Mat Classes for the Woodinville, Bellevue and Bothell area.

Stacie Attridge

Yoga


Stacie began practicing Yoga in 1998 but feels we begin our study of Yoga at birth. She knew she was in love with Yoga the moment she realized she was present and her mind was calm during and after the practice. Her favorite asana (pose) is Sarvangasan (shoulder stand). Her intention is to create a supportive community through Yoga and a space where students feel comfortable in their own practice. Some of Stacie's influences are teachers, Diane Wilson, Theresa Elliott, Desiree Rumbaugh, and Noah Maze who she is greatful to for all their inspiration.
