Helpful Information
Arrive for class early to ensure a space. First time students please come 10 minutes early to register.
If you cannot arrive early or on time, please come another day when you can do so.
Please be sure to turn off your cell phone.

Getting Ready
Wear comfortable clothing (shorts, t-shirts, leotards, footless tights) and bare feet.
Baggy pants, strong perfumes and heavy jewelry are not recommended.
Come with an empty stomach.

What to Bring
Please bring a water bottle, small towel and your own mat for your practice.

Definitions
 

Hatha Yoga (75 min)
In this Hatha Yoga class we try to "yoke" or "bring together" mind, body and soul. This class howevercan be made as easy or as challangeing to each students level or ability. Enjoy this dynamic Hatha based Yoga class that's inspiring, relaxing and healing by connecting your movements with breath, strengthening your core and centering your mind. Through mind/body awareness you'll leave this class feeling strong, calm, and balanced while working at your own pace. Every class is unique and changes with each student and each time.


Aurana Wellness in conjunction with JK personal Training is offering: Breath and Stretch This is a one hour class designed to teach you to be aware of your breath and to allow oxygen flow to all parts of your body. You will learn breathing techniques to rejuvenate your body and mind. Stretching will also be incorporated to increase physical mobility, provide relief from stress and tension and help you balance your posture. Together, stretching and breath work will leave you feeling relaxed and revitalized. This class will benefit people in cancer recovery, with fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, and will be beneficial for anyone who wants to reduce stress and nurture their body.

For all classes, please dress comfortable. Mats will be provided however, if you have your own feel free to bring it. If you suffer from lower back problems, a towel will be beneficial for support under your knees while laying on your back.
